Accountability
Accountability is the act of holding ourselves responsible for our own actions so that healing can take place. It also means holding those who have hurt us accountable—not from a place of bitterness, but from healing, self-awareness, and a willingness to shift mindsets. True accountability creates space for growth, restoration, and truth.
Definition (per standard usage):
Accountability is the fact or condition of being accountable; responsibility.
“Their lack of accountability has corroded public respect.”
